You will work with other departments to ensure safe and efficient execution of the daily maintenance activities. This position will lead a crew of maintenance technicians to repair fixed equipment and provide preventative maintenance for the Yazoo City Facility. This position reports to a Maintenance Superintendent and works on-site. This position will supervise the Central Maintenance Department which is responsible for the below primary job scope: Boilermaker trades, Fixed equipment welding & code repairs, Exchangers, Structural steel, Platforms & railing, Grating, Heavy equipment operation, Crane operation, Vessels, Sitewide railroad & signal equipment, General woodworking, Grounds maintenance, Tanks, AN drums, and General plumbing.Job Description:<ul><li>Provides working knowledge and understanding of the mechanical principles and procedures on plant equipment.</li><li>Provides adequate training for all the technicians on the crew.
