For Those Who Like To
" Keep The Peace,"
Dishonesty Can Become A Way Of Life.
They're Afraid To Rock The Boat,
Reluctant To Tell People What They
Really Think-Especially If The Truth
Might Make Someone Uncomfortable
Or Defensive.
But A Wise Person Will Commit Themselves
To The Good Of Others,
Even If That Requires Them To Correct
Or Rebuke Someone They Love.
" Tough Love"
In A Relationship Can Be Costly,
And Anger Or Retribution Can Result.
The Solomon's Wise Principle Here
Is That The Person Who Is Willing
To Love Others Well,
No Matter What The Cost,
Will Be Appreciated More In The End
Then The Friend Who Takes The Easy
Route Of Flattery And Dishonesty.
"Wounds From A Friend can be trusted,"
Solomon says In Proverbs 27:6.
When Our Hearts Are In The Right Place
We Can
"Wound"
Someone In A Way That Heals And Restores.
Pr 28:23
